Commonwealth Holdings, Inc. is proud to announce that Todd Longenecker has been promoted to Vice President of Safety supporting Commonwealth Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest, Confluence Technology Group, and Rydalch Electric, Inc.

Todd has been an integral part of Commonwealth since joining in 2014 as a Safety Manager. Over the years, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for protecting the wellbeing of our employees. His dedication has helped shape and strengthen our safety culture across all locations.

In his new role, Todd will continue to lead the Safety Department while also serving as an officer of the company. He will oversee company-wide safety programs, supporting our ongoing commitment to creating a safe work environment as the organization continues to grow.

Todd’s leadership extends beyond our organization as well. He is heavily involved with our insurance captive, STIC, and currently serves as the acting chair of the Nebraska NECA Safety Committee. He also represents Commonwealth in the NECA Large Contractor Safety Group and the PG22 Safety Group.
