Andy Sueper
In 2025, we welcomed two new Business Development (BD) Managers to our team and celebrated a successful internal transition that strengthens our regional coverage and customer focus.
In Phoenix, AZ, Bobby Bandara was our first outside hire for the BD team and joined Commonwealth in March 2025. Bobby brings valuable experience from Crawford Mechanical and Johnson Controls, where he served as a Senior Account Executive. His strong background in low-voltage systems will be a key asset as we grow Confluence Technology Group’s footprint in Phoenix. Bobby holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from The Master’s University and embraces his five CliftonStrengths®—Ideation®, Strategic®, Context®, Futuristic®, and Individualization®—making him an excellent fit for Commonwealth and our BD team. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys time with his wife, Julie, and kids, Garrett and Brooke. He is very enthusiastic about his three favorite teams – The San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors. Bobby is also the CEO and Teacher/Advisor at Men’s Practice, an organization that offers faith-based support to men who may feel lost, hurt, alone, or tired.
In Salt Lake City, UT, Bryan Jensen stepped into the role of Business Development Manager in May 2025, supporting the Mountain West region. Although Bryan is new to the construction industry, he brings nearly 18 years of experience in healthcare recruiting and finance, and his experience in healthcare recruiting aligns closely with his new role as Business Development Manager. A graduate of the University of Utah, he passionately cheers on the Utes at sporting events. Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, coaching his son in football, and watching his daughter excel in dance. As the first BD representative for Salt Lake City staff, Bryan’s CliftonStrengths®—Deliberative®, Belief®, Relator®, Restorative®, and Adaptability®—equip him well for success. His enthusiasm, commitment to his team, and willingness to ask questions will serve him well in this new role.
In Greater Nebraska, Andy Sueper has successfully transitioned into a new role as Business Development Manager after serving as the area’s Service Manager. Andy joined Commonwealth in September 2014 and made the transition to BD in May 2024, where he has made great strides in his new role. Embracing the BD tools in place, Andy is focused on developing his team to complement his efforts. Serving Commonwealth’s Nebraska offices in Columbus, Kearney, Grand Island, and North Platte, his deep operational experience and long-standing customer relationships position him to strengthen our efforts across the region. His CliftonStrengths®—Achiever®, Arranger®, Restorative®, Individualization®, and Woo®—align perfectly with his new responsibilities. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, cheering on his favorite NBA team, the Denver Nuggets, and supporting all sports in which the Nebraska Cornhuskers compete.
With Bobby and Bryan joining us in 2025 and Andy’s transition to Business Development, our department is now four strong. As we look ahead to 2026, we will work together to strategize with Commonwealth’s Vice Presidents of Operations, Service Managers, and Project Managers to help us grow our respective markets—elevating the customer experience, improving pipeline quality, and driving sustained growth across the Southwest, the Mountain West, Greater Nebraska, Eastern Nebraska, and Central Iowa.
