Commonwealth just completed an exciting project with the Renovation of the Harrah’s Casino, in Council Bluffs, IA.  With the transition of the casino floor from the riverboat, to an area that was formerly meeting and banquet rooms there was a lot of planning and design work involved.  A complete raised floor system was added to the space to allow for power and data underneath 600 slot machines.  Also, a complete renovation of the lighting system in this area was involved as well.

Commonwealth Communications brought great expertise to the surveillance camera systems and cabling, voice/data and POS systems, slot data, security door contacts, digital TV, audio microphone, and fire alarm system cabling and devices.  Chris Gall and Clinton Stoffer spent considerable time with the Harrah’s security team on the options available with IP cameras.  The most critical system was the 300 surveillance cameras which passed all commissioning tests with no issues.  This was a very exciting and challenging project!
