This fall, Commonwealth embarked on an ambitious journey to recruit the largest class of interns in our history. With this goal in mind, representatives from across our company attended career fairs at several universities located across the Midwest and Southwest.
Our recruitment teams were dedicated to finding the best and brightest to join our team across all locations.
To enhance our presence and attract top talent at these career fairs, we updated our career fair booths to include tablets, providing a modern and engaging experience for both candidates and recruiters.
Additionally, we adopted a streamlined process to identify and connect with promising candidates more efficiently. This approach not only helped us stack our pipeline of young talent but also ensures that our recruitment efforts are professional and effective.
So far this year, we have met our goal of welcoming the largest intern class to date. We currently have 21 interns committed to joining Commonwealth this summer, with more still to come. We are thrilled to see such enthusiasm and talent among the new recruits.
We are excited to support and develop this next class of young leaders. Their fresh perspectives and innovative ideas will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success as we work to build a brighter future together.
