Commonwealth Attracts New Talent at Fall Career Fairs

Nov 5, 2025

Lauren Ortner – Marketing Intern | Lincoln, NE

Commonwealth has been on the move this season, attending numerous career fairs across our Midwest and Southwest locations to connect with emerging talent and showcase the exciting opportunities within our company. From university campuses to regional hiring events, our teams have been actively engaging with students who are eager to make an impact.

These career fairs have provided a platform for Commonwealth to share our story, highlight our commitment to safety and innovation, and recruit individuals who align with our values and vision. Our representatives have met many candidates for our internship program. Designed to be a pipeline for future talent, our internship program offers hands-on experience in areas like project management, estimating, engineering, and more.

By participating in these events, we’re not only building our future workforce, but we’re also strengthening our presence in the communities we serve. We’re proud to invest in local talent and provide meaningful career opportunities that support growth, development, and long-term success.

As we continue to expand our reach, we remain committed to attracting top-tier professionals who are passionate about excellence and ready to grow with us. Thank you to all the schools, organizations, and attendees who made these events a success. We look forward to welcoming new faces to the Commonwealth family!
