Over the past few months, our teams have been busy attending fall career fairs across several states, where we have had the pleasure of meeting numerous talented individuals eager to kick-start their careers.

We are pleased to share that we participated in a total of 18 career fairs this fall. These events provided us with the opportunity to connect with exceptional candidates from diverse backgrounds and skill sets. The enthusiasm and passion displayed by these individuals were truly inspiring, reaffirming our belief in the potential of the next generation of professionals.

Our commitment to finding talent goes beyond career fairs. We will be actively engaging with students through various initiatives, including participation in National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Student Chapter meetings. By collaborating with these chapters, we aim to provide mentorship and guidance to aspiring professionals, fostering a spirit of innovation and excellence.

Additionally, we will be conducting classroom presentations at colleges to assist in educating future potential employee-owners. These sessions will contribute to students’ development and empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the ever-evolving construction industry.

Building on the momentum from our fall activities, we are setting our sights on the future. We are excited to announce our ambitious goal of hosting an internship class of 25 or more for the summer of 2024. We are confident that the exceptional candidates we met during the fall career fairs, NECA chapter meetings, and classroom presentations will play a significant role in shaping the success of our internship program.

As we eagerly anticipate the summer of 2024, we are filled with enthusiasm and optimism. We look forward to welcoming this new class of interns who will bring fresh perspectives, creativity, and innovation to our organization.
