Welcome to Commonwealth, Erin!
Commonwealth Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce that Erin Ebeler has joined the organization as Vice President of Risk Management and In-House Counsel, supporting Commonwealth Holdings, Inc. and its subsidiaries, Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest, Confluence Technology Group, and Rydalch Electric, Inc.
Erin brings nearly two decades of experience advising construction and business organizations on complex legal, contractual, and operational risk matters. Prior to joining Commonwealth, she spent many years at Woods Aitken LLP, where she focused on construction law, labor and employment (management side), and commercial litigation. In that role, Erin worked closely with leadership and project teams to address regulatory compliance, contract risk allocation, dispute resolution, and workplace policies, while also representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.
At Commonwealth, Erin partners with leadership teams to proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risk. Her responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating contracts, developing risk management standards and templates, advising on claims and disputes, coordinating with outside counsel, and helping establish consistent, company wide risk management practices that support operational excellence and long term growth.
“We’re incredibly excited to have Erin join the organization. She brings a deep understanding of the construction industry, a disciplined approach to risk management, and a strong commitment to supporting our teams. Erin’s experience and leadership will be a tremendous asset, and I’m looking forward to working closely with her,” said President and CEO, T Michael Price.
