As summer came to an end, Commonwealth’s Des Moines, IA, location gathered for an unforgettable day at the Blank Park Zoo in Des Moines. The 2024 Commonwealth Zoo Extravaganza was a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the Des Moines staff and their families.
The day was packed with a variety of activities for attendees of all ages. Employees and their families enjoyed delicious food and refreshing drinks throughout the event. They also took advantage of unlimited carousel and train rides throughout the day.
One of the highlights of the event was the access to Kid’s Kingdom, a special area of the zoo where children could explore and play to their hearts’ content. Families also saw an interactive animal show, which offered a unique opportunity to learn about and engage with some of the zoo’s most fascinating residents. And, of course, no visit to the zoo would be complete without exploring the diverse animal exhibits, which provided a chance to see and learn about creatures from around the world.
The 2024 Commonwealth Zoo Extravaganza was more than just a day of fun; it was a testament to Commonwealth’s commitment to fostering a supportive and appreciative work environment for everyone. By bringing its employees and their families together, the Des Moines team reinforced the importance of community and teamwork. Thank you to all who attended!
