Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest’s Greater Nebraska team has secured the contract for the new NMC Cat Dealership in Norfolk, NE. Foreman Chris Graves will oversee the electrical work on site.

This 40,000-square-foot dealership will feature offices, a showroom, a parts warehouse, a shop, and site work.

Advanced technology and automated storage systems will enhance efficiency and customer service at the facility, which includes a hands-on demonstration area for customers to test products, which distinguishes the dealership from others.

The construction of this complex facility presents several challenges, including the integration of advanced technology and automated systems into the building’s infrastructure. This integration requires careful planning and coordination to ensure seamless operation. Additionally, managing the expanded warehouse space for additional Caterpillar parts involves precise logistical planning and execution.

Commonwealth is excited to collaborate with Boyd Jones Construction on this project, with both companies dedicated to delivering a high-quality, functional dealership.
