Ralph Maynes, a Foreman at Commonwealth’s location in Omaha, NE, was awarded a challenge coin for his commitment to safety.

While working on a jobsite, Ralph noticed a worker from a different trade exposing themselves to a potentially life-threatening fall hazard. Instead of walking past or calling someone else to deal with it, Ralph took it upon himself to address the hazard with the worker and help them get the proper fall protection equipment to protect themselves. This one act had the potential to save that person’s life.
