CECM Phoenix office in partnership with Okland Construction has begun a remodel and expansion project of the Larry H Miller Dodge Dealership in Peoria, AZ.  This project consists of demolition of the existing showroom and a 42,000 square foot addition.  The new facility will be 85,000 square foot in total.  The work consists of replacement of the entire distribution system, new lighting and lighting control systems, raceways for data and security systems, and a total design-build fire alarm system.

Project Manager, John Silvas, and Superintendent Carl Pollock have their work cut out for them as the project is to be completed in five months, and the existing service must remain operational to support existing sales and service work during the remodeling period.  Extensive planning and coordination is going to be key to a successful project!
