“Thank you for your support and professionalism on the recently completed Center Court Pickleball project. [It] came with several challenges, including a three-week permit delay and owner-requested changes through the final stages. Despite those obstacles, the Commonwealth team did an outstanding job.”
–Brad Bryant, Senior Superintendent, Clune Construction
Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest (CECM) is proud to be part of the Center Court Pickleball Club project in Scottsdale, AZ. The 35,000-square-foot facility will provide a dedicated space for pickleball enthusiasts while also supporting administrative, training, and guest-facing areas throughout the building.
Our team’s scope of work includes lighting, power, switchgear, high bay lighting for the courts, and tenant improvement work for the administration office, front lobby, bathrooms, and training rooms. The project also includes a new sub panel in the front area of the facility.
Jacob Overstreet and Kurt Linsenmayer are serving as project managers for CECM, working alongside Clune Construction on the four-to-five-month-long project. This project reflects our team’s ability to support fast-paced commercial spaces with thoughtful planning, coordination, and execution.
Once complete, Center Court Pickleball Club will bring a new recreational destination to the Scottsdale community, and our team is excited to help power a facility designed for connection, activity, and growth.
