CECM Constructing Papillion Sports Complex

Commonwealth Electric – Omaha, NE was hired by Sampson Construction to help construct the new Papillion Landing campus in Papillion, NE. The campus has a field house, community center and outside sports fields. Alley Poyner Machiettto was the architect on this project. The Papillion Landing campus is being constructed to meet the recreational needs and demands of the growing Papillion community. The development of these structures has an array of amenities for residents of all ages and interests. Troy Deats, senior project manager, is overseeing this large project with assistance from Edgar Tello, project manager. Troy and Edgar are teamed with project foremen Jared Gable and Aaron Strong.

The Field house includes: 101,000 sq. ft. and was completed in November 2018. The second phase of the project is the construction of the Community Center. The Community Center includes: 117,000 sq. ft. with an expected completion of November 2019.
