The 2025 Progress Meeting held in Omaha, NE, September 4–5, 2025 at the Marriott Omaha Downtown Capitol District Hotel brought together employees for two days of collaboration, learning, and celebration.

Day 1 Highlights

  • Leadership & Operational Meetings: The VP of Operations, Project Accountants, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) kicked off the event with focused morning sessions.
  • Team Building: Employees participated in a CliftonStrengths® workshop led by Senior HR Generalist Alex Philipps and speaker Sarah Collins to discover and leverage their unique talents and strengths.
  • Employee Recognition: The evening concluded with a reception honoring the CMiC project team for their outstanding contributions to the CMiC project.

Day 2 Highlights

  • Welcome & Financial Review: President and CEO T Michael Price opened the day, followed by a financial update from CFO Billy Friesen.
  • Breakout Sessions: Participants chose from sessions on employee ownership, project management tools, safety, and a candid ELT panel discussion.
  • Networking & Closing: The event wrapped up with lunch and closing remarks, reinforcing the company’s commitment to excellence.
