This Spring, employees from across Commonwealth traveled to Lincoln, NE, to attend a quarterly McCormick estimating training, hosted by the Corporate Estimating team. The session, which spanned a couple days, welcomed participants from our teams in Arizona, Iowa, and Nebraska.
The training was facilitated by Senior Project Estimator Nick Page, who has been leading similar classes for several years. Through his use of real-world examples and collaborative discussion, Page helped trainees grow in their knowledge of McCormick, which is the software used by Commonwealth to create standardized, accurate electrical project estimates across the company.
These ongoing training sessions play a crucial role in fostering consistency across our company’s operations, laying a solid foundation for Commonwealth’s further growth. Thanks to all who attended—and a special thank you to Page for his role in leading the training.
