CSG’s business model includes revenue management, content management and monetization, customer interaction management and analytics and intelligence.  Previously located in various buildings thorughout the metro area, all divisions were consolidated into one location in two three-story buildings (100,000 sq. ft. buildings).

General contractor for the project was OPUS Design Build LLC, the architect was RNL, and MKK Consulting Engineers was the MEP designer, all based out of Denver.  Dan Mohatt was our Foreman on this job, and kept everyone on task, and dealt with multiple changes requested by the owner; and still managed to move CSG into the buildings right on schedule.
