We are excited to announce that our Des Moines, IA, team is the winner of the 2025 Annual Commonwealth Cup. This achievement reflects a year of strong performance and a consistent commitment to safety that continues to raise the bar across our organization. Congratulations to the entire Des Moines team on this well-earned accomplishment.

The Commonwealth Cup represents the collective effort it takes to create a safe work environment and the daily choices our teams make to protect themselves and one another. Des Moines exemplified these values through teamwork, accountability, and a dedicated focus on working safely.

Thank you to the Des Moines team and to every location for your continued dedication to safety every day. After a very strong year in 2025, they have continued their momentum into 2026.Des Moines is currently operating as our largest location and executing at a very high level with their safety performance. I would also like to give a shout out to the Lincoln location who came in 2nd and the Greater Nebraska location who came in 3rd for the quarter. Nice work!

The winners of the gift cards are Hunter Fellows and Zach Nessa. Hunter is an electrician working at the Unity Point Hospital in downtown Des Moines. Zach is an electrician working in the Service Department for Des Moines. Congratulations to both work and commitment to working safely!
