We have some exciting news to announce! As our company grows and our legacy of leadership continues with transitions to retirement, the needs and duties of leading our company grow as well. Congratulations to Neil Davidson, our vice president and Omaha, NE branch manager, who has recently joined Billy Friesen, Jay Hoobler and T Michael Price on our company’s Leadership Team. Neil’s current title, duties and responsibilities will not change; he will continue to manage and direct our Omaha, Nebraska operations. He will have some extra duties and responsibilities associated with his participation on the company Leadership Team, but he has welcomed the challenge and is excited to contribute at the Leadership Team level.

Neil joined our company in 1997 after graduating from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Construction Management from the College of Engineering. During his 24-year tenure here at Commonwealth, Neil has progressed through the Omaha branch operation from a fledgling estimator, to project manager, to Branch Manager and ultimately to his current position of Vice President. His hard work, leadership and dedication have helped our team grow the Omaha operation into Commonwealth’s largest. We are extremely excited for Neil to bring his perspective and experience to the Leadership Team.
