On July 10, teams from our Omaha, NE, location came together to take a break from the usual hustle and spend time catching up and kicking back at the office’s monthly First Thursday. The event gave folks a chance to connect across roles and departments and get some good food.

First Thursday is a monthly event organized by the Omaha Culture Committee to foster connections and strengthen relationships among team members. Each month, the event features unique activities, great food, and opportunities to unwind and bond.

Vice President of Omaha Operations Dan Cahalan teamed up with Project Managers Mitch Shaw and Andy Brinkman to fire up the grill and keep everyone well-fed. Their tag-team effort made sure the food was top-notch—and gave the afternoon a relaxed, backyard feel.

We’re already looking forward to the next event the Culture Committee has planned. These laid-back moments really help keep our team close-knit and energized.
