Commonwealth Electric Company of the Midwest (CECM) is proud to support Sidney Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in the modernization of its CT imaging suite. Working in partnership with SRMC and General Contractor Sampson Construction, this project replaces the hospital’s original GE CT scanner with a new Siemens system—an upgrade that will enhance performance and improve patient care.

As part of this effort, the CECM team—led by Project Manager Matt Helms—is installing new underground and overhead raceways along with a dedicated 125‑amp power panel designed to meet the new system’s needs. The team remains focused on delivering a smooth installation that integrates seamlessly with SRMC’s existing infrastructure while minimizing disruptions to daily operations.

This project acts as an opportunity to demonstrate the expertise and the value we bring to healthcare partners. Through clear communication, high‑quality workmanship, and close collaboration with both teams, we aim to position CECM for future opportunities at SRMC and continue strengthening relationships throughout western Nebraska.
